Fees
To build long term relationship with our clients, we strongly believe in being very transparent about what we are charging for and when. Firstly we establish with our clients what services they require from us and we then agree a fee structure at the start so there are no surprises. We encourage our clients to stay in touch with us and seek our advice on accounting and tax issues. Our clients can do this without fear of incurring an unexpected invoice from us. We find that clients generally prefer a combination of upfront agreed & variable fees to be charged depending upon the kind of service required.
Agreed fees – Wherever possible we prefer upfront agreed fees for a repetitive set of services every year, rather than charging for every hour of our time. We fix a fee where we know with certainty what services are required & how much time are they going to take. From client’s point of view, they know with certainty, how much they are going to pay and this fee is usually paid monthly in instalments.
When variable fee – Variable fee is generally suitable where we don’t know how much time will a particular job require or what the end result would be for example tax or consultancy services. We generally need to do some research before coming to any definite conclusion. But even here we always give an idea of the cost it will be, before starting any work.
Our outsourced services are generally charged at an agreed hourly rate which are invoiced monthly.
